The cost to prepare and file a Reconveyance in California is $300.00* total. The flat rate pricing includes filing fees.

*Our flat rate pricing covers filing fees for up to 5 pages and do not include notary fees. Additional pages or non-conforming documents will accrue an additional filing fee. Additional fees will apply if you require a substitution of trustee or for My Legal Depot to be appointed as your trustee.

Special Note
Effective January 1, 2018, the State of California passed Senate Bill 2 that increases the filing fees by an “additional $75.00” per document. Due to the filing fee increase, the total cost for an Reconveyance has been increased to account for the additional filing fees charged by the government.
