| 2. | Our experienced staff will prepare and email you a copy of the document for review within 2 business days.* If you do not have an email and/or a printer, we can have a hard copy mailed to you at no extra charge. |
| 3. | After reviewing the document, simply notarize the borrower's and lender's signatures. |
| 4. | After notarizing the signatures, please be sure to provide copies to the borrower. The original copy is usually held by the lender. |
